Return Policy
All products are 100% satisfaction guarantee. If it is our mistake, we will send you a new item at no
charge. Custom orders are non returnable and non refundable however we will remake the item to
your satisfaction.
Stock items are returnable for 100% credit or 50% refund. Returned items must be in resalable
condition. Customer pays cost of returned item shipping but Northwoods Expressions will pay for
credit item to be shipped.
